Goals
Goal of Treatment
Concrete, realistic goals — defined together and reviewed along the way.
Overview
Treatment without goals easily becomes an open-ended process. We set goals concrete enough that progress can be seen, yet flexible enough to adjust when life changes.
Who is this for?
- You have been in therapy before without a clear plan.
- You want to measure progress and understand what works for you.
How it works
- 01
Define
We formulate 2–4 concrete goals together early in the course.
- 02
Measure
We review progress regularly — without smothering the process in forms.
- 03
Adjust
Goals are updated when your situation changes.
Our approach
We avoid vague aims like “feel better.” Instead, we look at what should actually be different — in sleep, work, relationships, or daily routines.
Frequently asked
What happens in a first consultation?
Your first consultation is a thorough assessment — about 60 minutes. We discuss your symptoms, personal history, and goals. This helps us understand your situation and recommend the most suitable treatment path. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions after the first meeting.
Do you treat ADHD, depression, and anxiety?
Yes. We provide specialist assessment and treatment for ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, impulse-control concerns, and general adult psychiatry. Each treatment plan is personalised to your specific needs and circumstances.
