What data we process

We process contact information (name, email, phone), the content of enquiries you send us, and — for patients — clinical records necessary for follow-up care.

Enquiries sent by email or web form should not contain sensitive health information. Such information belongs in the clinical record and is discussed in consultation.

Purpose and legal basis

Personal data is processed to respond to enquiries, schedule consultations, and deliver healthcare. The legal basis is consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), necessity for the provision of healthcare (art. 9(2)(h)), and legal obligations under Norwegian health legislation.

Storage and security

Patient records are kept in a journal system that complies with Norwegian information-security requirements. Website enquiries are not retained longer than necessary to respond.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and data portability under the GDPR. Complaints can be addressed to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no).
