Treatment
Treatment
Individually tailored treatment combining conversations, structure, and — where helpful — medication.
Overview
Treatment is planned after the assessment and may include regular sessions, behavioural strategies, sleep and routine work, and — when indicated — medication. We follow up regularly, adjust the course, and end the work when it is safe to do so.
Who is this for?
- You have had an assessment and want a planned course of care.
- You need regular follow-up over a period of time.
- You are considering starting, adjusting, or tapering medication.
How it works
- 01
Plan
We outline a plan based on the assessment and your goals.
- 02
Follow-up
Regular sessions over a period, with adjustments along the way.
- 03
Closing
We close or taper down when symptoms are stable and you feel safe.
Our approach
We believe in care that is concrete, measurable, and time-bound. Goals are set together and progress is reviewed openly.
