Your first consultation is a thorough assessment β about 60 minutes. We discuss your symptoms, personal history, and goals. This helps us understand your situation and recommend the most suitable treatment path. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions after the first meeting.
Can I have online / video sessions?
Yes, video consultations are available and priced the same as in-person sessions. Video calls are conducted through a secure, private platform. We can discuss which format suits your situation best during your first contact.
